The Assessor’s Office is responsible for establishing equal, just, and fair assessed values for all taxpayers. These gross values are developed to be utilized in the property taxation process.
Office Duties Include: Real and Personal Property Assessment, Property Tax Board of Appeals, Classified Forest and Geothermal Deductions, Not-for Profit Exemptions, Sales Disclosures.

All field work in these townships should be complete by December 31, 2018. Please contact the Warren County Assessor's Office with any questions.
Structure Removal Forms are required to remove a structure (improvement) from your assessment. If you remove a structure you can download, complete and sign the removal form and return it to your assessor’s office, or you may come into the office and we will assist you. We will visit the property to verify and then remove it for the appropriate assessment year. The deadline to affect the 2018 pay 2019 assessment year is January 1, 2018. You must have the structure down and reported by January 1, 2018.
