The Warren County Clerk’s office is seeking applicants for the position of deputy clerk starting 1/1/23. The qualified applicant will need to have skills to include but not limited to: computer skills for multiple programs, courteously assist the public with various court functions, multiple clerical duties, basic bookkeeping skills, and other duties as required.

The Warren County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking qualified applicants to join our team for the position of Legal Assistant/Victim Advocate/Receptionist.  

Applicants must: be experienced and proficient in Word, Excel, and Adobe; follow directions and pay attention to detail; be able to multi-task and work under stress; have basic bookkeeping skills; be driven and reliable; work well with the public; able to work closely with IT and execute in-house trouble shooting; maintain confidentiality of all office matters; be a team player; possess critical thinking skills and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Calendaring and scheduling, assisting with submission of claims, working with crime victims, answering the phone and greeting the public, electronically filing documents, drafting letters and other documents, and assisting with any matters requested by the Prosecutor or Deputy Prosecutor.
